Product Quality and manufacturing control

OUR PRODUCT ARE THE BEST BECAUSE:

-Only S-P-F #1&2 and mechanically classed wood (MSR) is used in our trusses.

-The end product is much more stable than trusses made out of wet lumber; it is more stable and has less tendency to shrink twist or expand and is 10 to 12% lighter.

- All raw lumber used has the stamp of an organisation approved by the canadian standard administration board and meets all standards.

QUALITY CONTROL IS A SERIOUS CONCERN :

- Our experienced production people are met daily on the subject.

- Lenght and angle cuts are followed closely in the production process to ensure tightly joined components at the last assembly operation.

-A final visual check is made of all components of the finished product. Any doubtful component, a rare occurence, is replaced.

Finally, at the design level, we take great care to ascertain the conformity of the finished to the building codes such as TPIC-CNB. Specialized and constantly updated computer programs are used to make all calculations.
